• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party. Corporate accounts are not permitted on hi977.
• You have not previously been excluded from hi977 or had a hi977 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms or any hi977 policy. Attempting to re-register after a permanent ban is a breach of these Terms.
• You are using your own funds to play. Gambling with funds belonging to a third party or funds obtained through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on hi977. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. hi977 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on hi977 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi977 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary by transaction type. hi977 does not support cryptocurrency transactions.

hi977 does not hold player funds in a segregated account. Player balances shown in the hi977 account represent a credit redeemable against the platform's gaming services and are not equivalent to a bank deposit. Players should only deposit amounts they are prepared to use for gaming purposes.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hi977 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that specific offer only.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

hi977 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their accounts suspended, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with live casino games in a way that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing or wagering funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. hi977 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues to gain credits, free bets, or any other advantage not intended by hi977. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or altered documents. Identity fraud will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

hi977 monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspected prohibited conduct are subject to temporary restriction pending investigation. hi977 will communicate with the affected player through the registered mobile number or email during any investigation. Players are entitled to provide a response to any allegation before a final decision is made, except where immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm.

6. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

Each game available on hi977 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing bets. hi977 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi977 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. hi977's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi977 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available without interruption. However, hi977 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond hi977's reasonable control including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events. hi977 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

hi977 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hi977 will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will state the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
